Contract Description
The subject is ensuring the operation of the kitchen and canteen in the building of the Integrated Technical High School, Benešov, Černoleská 1997 (hereinafter referred to as "ISŠT Benešov"). The client is a state secondary school, which is interested in a comprehensive solution to the issue of school meals and meals for other people. School meals must be provided in full accordance with Act No. 561/2004 Coll. (School Act) and Decree No. 107/2005 Coll., on school meals, as amended. The condition for the fulfillment of the subject of this concession is that the selected supplier is registered in the school register of the Ministry of Education and Culture as an operator of school catering facilities for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.
