The subject of the public order is continuous and repeated supplies of separate sterile surgical masks, sleeves and accessories, which will be implemented on the basis of partial orders according to the needs of the contracting authority. Surgical masks and other material specified in the procurement documentation is intended for the operating theaters of the contracting authority and must meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 5, 2017 on medical devices, Act No. 375/2022 Coll. on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, Act 22/1997 Coll. on technical requirements for
