AI assistant for the housing benefit office

The Unstrut-Hainich district intends to procure an AI-based assistance system to support housing benefit processing. The system is intended to support employees in particular in recording and processing incoming applications and evidence, in checking for completeness and plausibility, and in preparing further processing steps. The system only creates assistive suggestions. The legal review, assessment and decision remain entirely with the responsible department. The tender is for usable standard software in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) operating model, including setup, configuration, hosting, maintenance and support. An individual new development of the entire system is not the subject of the order. Setting up the system connection is part of the scope of services.
