Fővárosi Vízművek Zrt wishes to engage an external contractor in connection with the following activities to carry out substructure follow-up works, foundation concreting and pavement restoration works: • urgent, flowing and non-flowing drinking water pipe network fault repairs, • scheduleable, flowing water pipe network fault repairs, • scheduleable, non-flowing drinking water pipe network fault repairs, • drinking water pipe network fault repairs maintenance, • new wiring installations and related works, • new fitting installations, • point-wise potable water pipe network investments (complete wiring replacements, fitting replacements, etc.), • urgent fault repairs arising on the district heating system, • scheduleable fault repairs arising on the district heating system. Planned 881 per year, which is 5,968. m2 of pavement restoration works Further details are included in the technical description as part of the KD. The tenderer wishes to order the tasks included in the technical description, for a fixed period of 24 months, up to the amount of HUF 710,400,000 net, of which he undertakes to draw up to 75%. The main place of performance: Budapest XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXIII. districts The contracting authority informs the tenderers that the framework contract will be terminated if the period specified in the framework contract has passed and the fulfillment and compensation of the last individual order has been fulfilled, or if the total value of the individual orders reaches the total net amount and the fulfillment and compensation of the last individual order has been fulfilled. If the tenderer has C.A.R. with an insurance contract, so it can trigger the liability insurance detailed above. The C.A.R. contract II. the compensation limit of chapter 2 cannot be less than HUF 2 million per damage event and HUF 10 million per period. The insurance must cover: - damages caused outside the contract, - personal injuries and property damage damages to third parties, - damages caused in the scope of the service, - cross-liability insurance extended to subcontractors, - industrial accident liability insurance, - working in wet environments and underground, - also damages caused in connection with track facilities. In connection with the FB, in addition to the policy, the winning AT must present (hand over) 1 proof of coverage to AK, from which the above can be clearly read and which indicates the beginning of the risk bearing and the end of the period covered by the premium. During the duration of the contract, the winning AT contracting party is obliged to present a new proof of coverage before the end of the premium settlement shown on the submitted coverage certificate, which ensures the premium settlement at least until the end of the next frequency period. If AT does not comply with this obligation, AK considers it a withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. The TAs must attach a statement of intent to conclude a contract or to extend an existing contract to physical construction work. In all cases, the declaration must contain the prescribed value limits. In the case of a joint AT, the FB must be provided separately by the joint ATs.
