Germany – Supervision of building work – Bf. Berlin Zoological Garden, reception building, construction supervision and construction management in several BAs (traffic areas and rental areas); Services from VV BAU (building construction and TGA) and services from VV BAU STE (electrical engineering and ICT)

The construction work to be monitored includes all areas of the Berlin Zoological Office Garden with the exception of the already completed areas of the reception building (zoo terraces and 1st construction phase) and extend to the following building axes or levels of the Bf. Berlin Zoological Garden building: (1) Basement (2) Ground floor/mezzanine:  Axes 1-5 (North area / Hardenbergplatz)  Axes 12a – 27 (northern area / Hardenbergplatz)  Axes 1-14 (southern area “Ullrich”) The project involves planning and construction while the railway and railway operations are ongoing
