Hiring a specialized company, under the semi-integrated contracting regime, for the preparation and development of the Executive Projects, based on the Basic Project provided by the Hospital Universitário Júlio Bandeira (HUJB), as well as for the execution of the works and engineering services necessary for the implementation of a 13.8 kV/800 kVA Electric Power Substation, including the supply, installation, assembly, testing, commissioning, pre-operation and entry into operation of the necessary systems and equipment, comprising transformers, medium voltage cubicle, medium and low voltage panels, measuring cabin, QGBT, electrical cables, protection systems, grounding, automation, monitoring and other related components and systems, as well as adapting the loads from the QGBT's to the QD's (including all civil and electrical infrastructure), including a guarantee with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months, the costs of which must be fully included in the global value of the proposal, in addition to the obtaining approvals from all competent bodies and providing preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance services for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months, in order to meet the needs of the Júlio Bandeira University Hospital, in accordance with the conditions, quantities and requirements established in this Notice and its Annexes.
