Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for proactive monitoring of the availability of network services and comprehensive technical support of the LAN DG SŽDC. The proactive monitoring service includes a comprehensive service in the area of operating the network infrastructure management system and subsequent evaluation of its outputs and proactive resolution of incidents.
