Description & Project Overview
The purpose of this RFI is to gather information on capabilities, recommended approaches, operational considerations, staffing requirements, and estimated costs associated with providing Integrated Care Services including, but not limited to, medical services, mental health and substance use screening, assessment, intervention, and referral services to individuals entering police custody at the Honolulu Police Department’s Central Receiving Division that have medical, behavioral health, and/or substance use-related needs that require timely identification and an appropriate clinical response.
