Contract Description
The subject of the sectoral public contract is the contractual provision of supplies of the HV Delta safe console with selected suppliers for planned investment actions, planned repairs and the removal of the emergency state of the HV Delta safe console, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the distribution system equipment for the period from approximately 1/10/2023 to 30/9/2029. With regard to the scope of the contract, which is an over-limit contract, the procedure will be in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended.
