Contract Description
The subject of this procurement procedure is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement containing contractual conditions for the performance of individual subcontracts for the provision of services in the field of robotic process automation (RPA). The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of three (3) Participants. On the basis of the framework agreement, in the manner specified therein, the contracting authority will always order performance in time and to the extent according to its current needs. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw performance from the framework agreement.
