Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new, i.e. manufactured in the year of delivery or in the year preceding the year of delivery of technical materials, consumables and disposable materials for aircraft in the range and quantities specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party divided the subject of the order into 75 parts, in accordance with with the Price Form constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the delivered products for a period of 24 months/ 200 hours of operation (whichever comes first),
