HOAI 2013 in conjunction with Annex 15, service phases 5-8. Equipment groups: 1 - Drainage, water and gas installations 2 - Heat supply installations 3 - Air handling installations 8 - Building automation and automation of engineering structures Description of the construction measure: Conversion and refurbishment of the attic and the 2nd upper floor with the technical connection for heating, sanitary and ventilation systems in the basement. Estimated construction costs: 7,633,708.00 Euro gross Estimated share for technical installations: 679,795 Euro gross It should be noted that this is a listed building.
