The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 part of an average life-saving fire truck with increased road safety potential. The description of the subject-matter of the order (SOP) is set out in Annex 1.1 to the TSI: (a) Part 1 Part 1 of an intermediate life-safety vehicle with increased power of road safety is supplied by the contracting authority. The contracting entity is required by the Contracting Party to fulfil all the requirements set out by the contractor in Annex 1. The contractant also requires that the item offered is a new factory and that the contractant is aware of all the applicable rules and offers. The contractor who has submitted an order may submit an order for the fulfilment of the part of the orders. The Contractor may submit a request for the completion of the contracts. The tenderer may submit the contract to the contract, if the contract has already been awarded under Article 25 of the SOP, if it is not in accordance with the provisions of Part 1 (1) of the TP, and if the tenderer is not required to submit a single tender, or if the two parts of the tender are not in compliance with the requirements of Part 1.1, and if all the measures set outlined in the TPP, are not fulfilled in Part 1 or the other of the provisions in the SPS, and the contract are not applicable, and are not subject to the conditions of the present provisions of the Act.
