Description & Project Overview
1) The subject of the order is the delivery of two helicopters with an Air Observation System. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ. 3) Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 136(1) of the Act provides for the convening of a meeting of Contractors in order to clarify the content of the SWZ. The meeting will take place on September 22, 2026 at 10:00 at the registered office of the Ordering Party, ul. Warszawska 165, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna. Contractors interested in participating in the Contractors' meeting are obliged to send a list of people who will participate in the meeting by September 21, 2026 at the latest.
