Contract Description
The purpose of this procurement procedure is to introduce a Dynamic Purchasing System for food supplies (hereinafter referred to as DNS). The contracting authority assumes the awarding of public contracts in DNS at predetermined irregular intervals according to the operational needs of the contracting authority. The volume of individual public contracts entered in DNS is assumed by the contracting party to range from units to tens of units in a specific public contract.
