[Award] 24-25 Tank Site Improvements

Contract Award Notice: 24-25 Tank Site Improvements Awarded Vendor: Awarded Vendor (See Notice Details / Attached Statement) Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the site improvements to 3 water tank sites which will include the following: Regrading the ring road, regrading access road, over excavating unsuitable soil and base, installing new base, installing new pavement, installing new curb and gutter, install new post hydrant, installing storm drain improvements, install new access fence gates, repair fence as necessary. Please see the Activities tab for details regarding the optional pre-bid meeting and site visit. All content viewed and/or downloaded is considered confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA. Recipient shall not copy or otherwise reproduce any confidential information and may not distribute any information to any third-party that is not necessary for purposes of evaluating and submitting a bid for the Project. The Engineer's estimate is: $832,500 - $1,017,500 This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project.
