The subject of the public contract is the supply of the synthesis of oligonucleotides (primers) with a length of 6 to 120 bases in an amount of 25 nmol or 0.02 umol, purified by desalting (desalt) in quality for use for PCR and sequencing, while the supply will be lyophilized in a test tube (hereinafter referred to as the "object of delivery" or "goods" or "bases"). These are supplies for the University of Ostrava according to the current operational needs of the client and all its components for a period of 4 years from the effective date of the framework agreement. The structure of individual databases will be precisely determined by the contracting authority in individual orders. The anticipated quantity take of bases is 170,000 pcs
