Contract Description
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of vertical road markings and traffic safety equipment in accordance with Act No. 361/2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Road Traffic Act"), Decree No. 294/2015 Coll., which implements the rules of road traffic, in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 294/2015 Coll."), and according to the valid technical conditions (TP) of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic. In accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into 3 parts.
