Description & Project Overview
This is a single-awarder framework agreement with a maximum awarded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 2 years, tacitly renewable twice for 1 year under the same conditions. It is broken down into 3 lots: - Lot 1: Removable skips, maximum amount of 200,000 Euros excluding tax for the first period, 100,000 Euros excluding tax for renewal periods - Lot 2: Monoblock compactors, maximum amount of 300,000 Euros
