1. The subject of the order is the provision of sanitary transport services for patients with the P type basic unit using C type ambulances. 2. The subject of the order consists of 1 part. The detailed scope and method of implementing the subject of the order are specified in the annexes: • Annex No. 1A to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (called OPZ), • Appendix No. 1B to SWZ – Price form. The terms and conditions of the order are included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft contract with attachments. 3. In connection with the execution of the order, pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor and subcontractor
