Hiring a specialized company to provide specialized technical services of a predominantly intellectual nature, consisting of the preparation of the Environmental Control Report – RCA, with the respective Technical Responsibility Note – ART, the carrying out of other studies, surveys and necessary technical documents, as well as technical support and monitoring of the environmental licensing process of the new Sewage Treatment Station – ETE Uberabinha 2, in Uberlândia/MG, without guarantee of issuance of the environmental license, as it is a decision within the competence of the licensing environmental body, as per conditions, quantities and requirements established in this Notice and its annexes, in compliance with the Environment and Sustainability Department. PREVALENCE OF THE BASIC PROJECT and/or TERM OF REFERENCE: The detailed description of the object is contained in the Basic Project(s) and/or Term of Reference (Annex 02), which must be carefully analyzed by the bidding participants, and in case of divergence, with the specification published on the website https://www.gov.br/compras/pt-br, the description of the Basic Project(s) and/or Term of Reference will prevail. Reference for carrying out the contract.
