Signed Additional Agreement No. 8 to Framework Agreement No. D-5/25.07.2022 (PO-16-2928/25.07.2022 of Information Service AD), concluded between the Ministry of Electronic Government (currently the Ministry of Innovation and Digital Transformation) and Information Service AD, in connection with the implementation of system integration activities falling within the scope of Art. 7c of the Law on Electronic Government. On the basis of § 45, para. 1, ex. 1st of the PZR to the ZED of ZEU, the services, subject of this contract, which represent system integration activities within the meaning of Art. 7c of the ZEU, are implemented by Information Service JSC, in its capacity as a system integrator.
