The subject of the Public Contract is the acquisition of a combination of ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) with high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry (HRTMS) equipped with ion mobility. The device enables complex analysis of complex samples containing a large number of analytes in a wide range of molecular weights, polarity and concentrations. It enables a detailed structural analysis of materials after its extraction into the liquid phase and the distribution of individual components in various chromatographic modes, as well as their direct analysis using a direct probe or laser desorption-ionization (without and with a matrix).
