Contract Description
The general objective of this purchase is both to carry out medical assistance in optimal conditions and to ensure the best treatment conditions for patients by purchasing the best quality IOD capsules. For this, Framework Agreements will be concluded with the first 3 suppliers from the list resulting from the evaluation of the offers, for 24 months, for each individual lot. If the number of bidders is less than 3, the Contracting Authority will conclude the framework agreement only with the bidder(s) whose bid is declared admissible.
