Furthermore, the new requirements placed on analytics must be implemented. An S2 laboratory for microbiology should also be taken into account in the new planning. The rough costs for KG 300 to 600 determined as part of the feasibility study amount to approximately €7.0 million gross. The services must begin after the order has been placed. A gradual commissioning is planned. For the necessary planning services, a suitable general planner will be appointed to provide the services in accordance with HOAI Lph. 1 to 9 wanted. In addition to the property planning services, the services of technical equipment (all ALG), outdoor facility planning and structural planning are required. In addition, fire protection planning and building physics should be part of the general planning. The preparation of a soil report is commissioned separately and should be available at the start of planning.
