The execution of all general planning services shall be carried out in BIM and is divided into the following items: • General planning according to LM.GP.2023 • Object planning - Architecture according to LM.OA.2023 • Structural engineering according to LM.TW.2023 • Building physics + Sustainability according to LM.BP+NH.2023 • Fire protection according to LM.BR.2023 • Technical equipment according to LM.TA.2023 – Electrical engineering share • Technical equipment according to LM.TA.2023 – Building services share A distinction is made between the fixed commissioned service part (service phases 1 - 4) up to submission excl. basic analysis and the optionally commissioned services service part (service phases 5-9) execution phase excl. local construction supervision (ÖBA).
