The intention of this government contract is to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier, who will be responsible for supplying licenses for “Commercial Off-The-Shelf” software, “Software-as-a-Service”, “Platform-as-a-Service” and “Infrastructure-as-a-Service”, as well as any additional services such as implementation, maintenance, support, etc. (depending on the needs of the NL).
