The subject of the order is the supply of IT equipment and development of IT systems for Warszawski Szpital Południowy sp. z o.o. as part of the KPO D1.1.2 Project. The subject of the order includes: Part No. 1 - Development of the server, matrix and network environment. Part No. 2 - SQL licenses; Part No. 3 – Computer set; Part No. 4 - SIEM; Part No. 5 – Review station with large format monitor; Part No. 6 – Documentation scanner; A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 8A-8F - "Technical parameters of the subject of the order", respectively, for a given part of the order. The subject of the order includes, in particular, the sale, delivery and delivery of medical equipment to the premises indicated by the Ordering Party at the Warsaw Southern Hospital, the arrangement and assembly of the delivered devices in places indicated by the Ordering Party, the commissioning of the equipment and the commissioning, functional tests and efficiency tests of the devices before technical acceptance (performed by authorized persons). The contractor is obliged to ensure that the device is started up by the manufacturer's authorized service, if this is a necessary condition for maintaining the warranty. The subject of the order also includes the provision of complete technical documentation, operating instructions in Polish (in paper and/or electronic form) and warranty documents, as well as conducting on-the-job training for the staff indicated by the Ordering Party in the operation and operation of the device and ensuring the provision of warranty service in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements.
