Description & Project Overview
The fixed-term operation of the Csongrád pontoon bridge and ferry crossing for 24 months with the conclusion of a framework agreement with the possibility of a 12-month extension. Framework amount: HUF 500,000,000 net The contractual validity lasts until the date of exhaustion of the framework amount. If the framework amount is not fully exhausted during its 24-month period, the Procuring Entity reserves the right to unilaterally extend the duration of this contract by another 12 months - but no more than until the framework amount is exhausted. The tenderer undertakes to draw up to 70% of the total amount for the duration of the contract
