Description & Project Overview
The city of Espoo (later also the Client) requests offers for the HRM and salary system. The object of the procurement is a system as a software service (SaaS), which includes the functions of the main register of the Human Resources Administration (the so-called HRM entity) and the functions of payroll. The solution must support different working time forms for the employees of the city of Espoo, such as office, period and general working hours, different ways of organizing work, i.e. fixed and flexible working hours, as well as collective agreements and local agreements used in municipalities.
