The NWZ is to be completely renovated in sections in the coming years. Renovation section 1 concerns NWZ II, while renovation section 2 concerns NWZ I. The planning tasks tendered in this procedure are the preliminary measures at NWZ I in anticipation of the planned renovation of NWZ II in the first renovation phase. They are part of the overall NWZ renovation measure. Various adaptation measures must be carried out at NWZ I in order to unbundle and separate the two buildings in terms of structural engineering and building technology. In addition, previous uses from NWZ II must be temporarily accommodated in NWZ I for its renovation and existing uses there must be consolidated. The Faculty of Chemistry is housed in the high-rise laboratory building of NWZ I (PWR 55) with low-rise buildings adjacent to the east. Lecture halls, the university library and a cafeteria are located in the low-rise buildings. The NWZ I has a total of 23,800 m² NUF (1-6). The property planning services to be commissioned relate to parts of the building with approx. 2,900 m² NUF and essentially include the work on: library with approx. 2,520 m² NUF, administration and student council areas with approx. 90 m² NUF as well as internship and laboratory areas with approx. 290 m² NUF. The measure also includes work on operationally relevant supply and disposal systems such as systems for technical gases and wastewater treatment. The building is largely in the construction state with corresponding pollution levels from the construction period. The measures are interim solutions until the planned commissioning of NWZ II and the general renovation of NWZ I. The building is located in the center of the campus within a dense/cramped urban structure. The implementation takes place during regular university/building operations. Costs: The building costs (KG 300-400) are approx. 8,000,000 euros gross. The costs for m are not taken into account here
