This concerns a framework agreement for the renovation and construction of artificial grass sports fields in the municipality of Ridderkerk. Renovations or construction work may involve additional work such as the construction or adjustment of paving and/or the installation or adjustment of fencing. E.a. will become clear in the various sub-assignments after the final assignment. The framework agreement has a maximum contract duration of 4 (four) years. The assignment is entered into for 2 (two) years with the option of an extension of another 2 (two) years. The maximum order value under this framework agreement is set at €8,000,000 excluding VAT per year. With this estimate, the client tries to give the best possible picture of the maximum size of the assignment. No turnover guarantee and/or rights can be derived from the above indication. If the maximum estimated contract value is reached earlier than provided for in the full term, a decision will be made by mutual agreement regarding the continuation of this framework agreement.
