Contract for the update of the PZO documentation development together with the performance of natural expertises for the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Popradzka PLH120019 (part 2 – chiropterology, ichthyology). Part II: Update of PZO documentation preparation along with performance of natural expert opinions for the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Popradzka PLH120019 in the scope of ichthyology
1. The subject of the contract is the update of PZO documentation preparation along with performance of natural expert opinions for the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Popradzka PLH120019 in the scope of ichthyology 2. The Contracting Authority – based on Article 95(1) of the Act – requires that the Contractor or subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons assigned by the Contractor or subcontractor to perform activities such as: collection of literature data, desk work, completion of the PZO documentation template, if they consist in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, items 277, 807, 1423, 1661, and of 2026, item 25). The above does not apply to situations where the Contractor independently performs the contract or through a person employed on the basis of a civil-law contract (e.g. a person independently organising their time and scope of expert work as ad hoc activities, the result of which is to achieve a specific result) other than an employment relationship. 5. Details of the scope of the subject of this contract are specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ).
