The subject of this public contract is the production (including the purchase of material and prescribed tests) and the supply of flexible supports for the COMPASS Upgrade tokamak. It also includes the suppliers obligation to deliver under the conditions agreed in this contract and to transfer ownership of the flexible supports to the client. Flexible supports must fully comply with the requirements and specifications set forth in this Agreement, including, among other things, the identification of the goods, the quantity, and the technical parameters set forth in the Technical Specification and in the Price and Delivery Schedule.
