The subject of the order is the supply of a concentrate of recombinant human von Willebrand factor to ensure the continuity of treatment of patients with von Willebrand's disease - hereinafter referred to as the "coagulation factor", with the availability category Rp or Rpz, to direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) or other authorized entity - Regional Centers for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment (hereinafter RCKiK), on the terms specified in the content of the SWZ.
