The primary school consists of three sections that are affected by the implementation of the measures: a new building that houses the open all-day school (OGS) and the cafeteria, an older school building with classrooms and an administration wing. From the 2025/26 school year there will be a legal right to a place in all-day care for primary school children. For the year 2029, the number of students is forecast to be 212, spread over 17 classes. The aim of the construction project is not only to provide enough classrooms, but also to improve the school administrations current spatially cramped situation. To achieve this, the existing administration building will be demolished and replaced with a new structure. The new building takes up the existing structure of the tour and expands it to include adjacent rooms. The gross floor area is around 3,400 m². From the 2026/27 school year, school operations will be relocated to another school building. The client is responsible for planning the interim solution and the move and is therefore not part of the contractors scope of services. The entire measure must be completed by September 30, 2029. As part of the execution of the construction work, it may be necessary to create different construction phases. The planning and implementation of the measure must take into account the demanding funding regulations. In order to maintain eligibility, detailed documentation must be submitted. As part of the optimization of the classrooms and lounges, the existing building needs to be renovated to make it more energy efficient.
