Prawo Farmaceutyczne (Dz.U.2026.612 t.j. z dnia 2026.05.07), zgodne z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia zawartym w Formularzach asortymentowo-cenowych stanowiącychAnnex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2) The Contractor has documents confirming that the products listed in the Assortment and Price Forms constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ are registered in the OfficeRejestracji Produktów Leczniczych, Wyrobów Medycznych i Produktów Biobójczych zgodnie z wymaganiami ustawy z dnia 06.09.2001r.
