Contract Description
The subject of the procurement is the awarding of planning services for the planning, construction and property management of the “Schwammstadt” climate park with a natural swimming pool in Brake (Unterweser). The project includes the transformation of the former open-air swimming pool area at Philosophenweg 8, which has been unused since 2013, into a natural swimming pool with an adjacent climate park on an area of approx. 17 hectares, including the 3.5 hectare former open-air swimming pool area.
