Contract Description
Considering the specifics of the purchase, a service framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator, with a duration of 24 months, for High Density Polyethylene Pipes (HDPE) used in the daily activity of Apavital S.A. according to the requirements of the specifications. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates is 19 days. The contracting entity shall respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the established deadline
