Contract Description
We are looking for a landscape architectural firm that will draw up the public space design for phase 3 and beyond. This concerns the phased transformation of the current covered shopping center, bus station and parking building in the northern part of the plan area into a metropolitan, multifunctional center of the Schalkwijk district. Drawing up a public space development plan; Sketch design, preliminary design and final design (SO + VO + DO). This should take place in phases, based on the principles and frameworks of the Schalkwijk Center Master Plan and the Handbook
