Paragraph 7 Subsection B 31. Detailed description of the subject of the presentation constitutes the following requirements: 1) To offer medicinal products which fulfil the requirements laid down in the Law of 6 March 2001 r. Prawo Farmaceutyczne (Dz.U.2026.612 t.j. z 2026.05.07), to comply with the requirements set out in Annex 3 to this Law, and 2) to establish the objects of presentation of such products as may be specified in Annex 2 to that Law.3 do SWZ, są zarejestrowane w Urzędzie Rejestracji Produktów Leczniczych, Wyrobów Medycznych i Produktów Biobójczych zgodnie z wymaganiami ustawy z dnia 06.09.2001r. Prawo Farmaceutyczne (Dz.U.2026.612 t.j. z dnia 2026.05.07), Zamawiający ma prawo odmówić odbioru i informuwać ich o zaistniałym fakcie Wykonawcę.6) They shall offer products of validity for at least 12 months from the date of delivery. 7) During the term of the agreement, they shall offer the right to request the Wykonawcy for the purpose of presenting the actual documents documenting the performance of their duties, their characteristics, their performance in the Polish language. 8) They shall provide the termination of payment within 30 days of the day of delivery; 9) They shall issue a VAT invoice.(b) In cases where the term of delivery falls on the first day or on the second day of employment or after the hours of employment of the employee, the term shall not exceed 24 hours from the date of delivery of the place indicated by the employer.
