defence has identified an increase to the lia requirement across cairns, townsville, brisbane, sydney and canberra. the provision of additional lia in these regions is necessary to meet this requirement (“the requirement”). defence is seeking to identify potential sites (including sites not on the defence estate) and undertake market engagement to understand viable delivery and financing options to meet this requirement.
