4.2 The subject of the order includes the construction of an indoor swimming pool in Działdowo with sanitary and locker room facilities and a SPA complex, along with the preparation of Executive Design Documentation. 4.2.1 Location: plot no. 167/11. 4.2.2 The facility will be a detached, two-story building with a basement. The basic function is recreational services - swimming pools with changing rooms, sanitary and technical facilities. 4.2.3 As part of the development of the area, it is planned to build: parking spaces for passenger cars, including for disabled people, places for buses, a garbage box, a fence, external water and sewage installations, and electrical installations, including connections. It is assumed that rainwater will be used to water green areas. Internal roads were designed, 6, 5 and 4 m wide, and sidewalks 2 m wide. Area Swimming pool building development – ​​approx. 2,300 m2, area net approx. 3,900 m2. 4.2.4 The building was designed parallel to Hallera Street, the main entrance to the building will be from this side. At the entrance there will be a hall and a billing point - the entrance to the swimming pool and cloakroom area. Toilets, a small catering point with facilities and the facilitys administration will be accessible from the hall. In the swimming pool hall, a 6-lane sports swimming pool with an area of approx. 312.5 m2 with a steel basin, recreational swimming pool with a water surface of approx. 84.5 m2 with a swimming pool for learning to swim. approx. 40 m2, paddling pool for children with an area of ​​approx. approx. 32 m2, a jacuzzi bathtub and a tube slide of approx. 55 m with a braking pool, 2 pool lifts for transporting disabled people. The SPA complex with a jacuzzi and a room with a brine graduation tower and loungers will be accessible from the hall. There is an IR sauna, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a cooling pool, a shower complex and a sensory shower. A relaxation terrace will be accessible from the SPA area. 4.2.5 On the basement floor there are technical and social rooms, and on the swimming pool terrace there is a wet playground equipped with a set of water-squirting toys. 4.2.6 The building will be equipped in accordance with the existing finishing and interior design design. In addition, it will have a server, ESOK system, and room. for rescuers and administration. It will be adapted to disabled people (elevator) and will meet all technical and sanitary standards. It will be equipped with installations: electrical lighting and power supply for devices and equipment, lightning protection and earthing, heating, sanitary sewage, water supply, ventilation and air conditioning, telecommunications, swimming pool water treatment technology, renewable energy. 4.2.7 The area will be equipped with greenery. The order is co-financed by the Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program and the Sports Poland Program.
