Invitation to Bid for Two (2) Units Movable Automatic Lift Basketball Post with Ring - Duero, Bohol1) The Municipality of Duero, Bohol through the Supplemental Budget No. 11, 2026/ Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Php 260,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Two (2) Unis Movable Automatic Lift Basketball Post with Ring - Duero, Bohol. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2) The Municipality of Duero, Bohol now invites bids for Two (2) Unit Movable Automatic Lift Basketball Post with Ring - Duero, Bohol. Completion of the Works is required in Twenty (20) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Duero and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday-Friday @ 8:00 AM to 5:00PM.5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on November 1-9, 2026 at 2:00 PM from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00). 6) The Municipality of Duero, Bohol will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on __________ @ __________ AM/PM at Municipal Hall, Duero, Bohol, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7) Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before November 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
