Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses will be used in the situations provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, being intended to cover any changes that appeared during the course of the contract, not included in the initially contracted works and the contract price, changes that may occur during the period of validity of the contract and do not represent substantial changes to it and which are paid to the Contractor, only if they were the subject of an additional contract amendment act, signed by the parties. Guarantee of execution works: 5 years. Contract duration: 40 months.
