As a result of this public procurement procedure, AK, in accordance with the details in the invitation, the public procurement documents, and the draft contract and technical description that are part of it, Framework sales contract with the establishment of a consignment warehouse for the delivery of simple cold water volume meters with a metal housing certified according to MID, DN20 mm in diameter to the Bidder. During the duration of this public procurement procedure (DBRs bidding phase), the procurement framework quantity is: 20,000 DN20/PN16 water meters, of which AK undertakes to call for 14,000. AK concludes the framework contract for a fixed period of 12 months in a framework quantity of 20,000 pieces. AK undertakes to draw 70% of the total frame quantity, i.e. 14,000 pieces. If AK does not draw up the entire framework amount during the 12-month period of the contract, the contract period can be extended by an additional 6 months with a unilateral declaration by the contracting authority. AK informs ATs that the framework contract will be terminated if the period specified in the framework contract has passed and the delivery and compensation of the last individual order has been fulfilled, or if the total quantity of individual orders reaches the total framework quantity and the delivery and compensation of the last individual order has been fulfilled. Within the framework of the performance of the contract, the main obligation of the winning contractor is to carry out the delivery and consignment warehousing of the quantities specified in the initial consignment set detailed in the KD, based on the individual orders and within the framework quantity set above, within the scope of the contract.
