Provision of "DATA TRANSMISSION, INTERNET ACCESS AND DATA CENTER COLLOCATION SERVICES". The services in the sense of this item of procurement are: - connecting the Client's locations with the Bidder's MPLS data network and connecting to a unique communication IP-VPN network - provision of backup services for locations specified in the tender documentation - provision of Internet access services - services include connections at the Client's existing locations - placement of information and communication systems (servers, switches, data storage system) in an adequate space The Bidder must meet the following conditions with its service: - The Bidder is obliged to implement connections to the Internet and corporate IP VPN network within a maximum of 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, without interrupting the Client's Internet and IP VPN traffic (on the entire route Client - Bidder). - the offered solution must ensure maximum network security, including the protection of the Client's information and communication system from access by third parties from the Internet and from other data (user) networks realized on the Service Provider's platform, - the offeror must ensure the continuity of the Client's business. 1 and is an integral part of it. The client has defined the minimum technical requirements that the bidder must meet in point 5 of the Technical Specifications. The Bidder is obliged to attach the completed table to the Bid. In the table, it is mandatory to indicate for each point of the request whether the Bidder satisfies or does not satisfy the requested requirement. If the Bidder does not meet all the minimum requirements, the bid will be considered irregular. An economic entity can submit only one offer. In the event that a business entity submits two or more bids in which the bidder is and/or a member of the community of business entities, i.e. submits variants of the bid, all of its bids will be rejected in accordance with Article 295, paragraph 1 of the Public Law Act 2016.
