EMT has been granted by the Madrid City Council the management task to carry out the collection, removal, deposit and custody service of vehicles on public roads through the Towing Service of the Mobility Directorate, which includes the removal of all types of vehicles, including motorcycles and personal mobility vehicles. For the effective removal of this type of vehicles, it is considered necessary to have cranes with specific characteristics: box vehicles, with a ramp and with specific dimensions to be able to enter central streets without maneuverability problems.
