Delivery of teaching and multimedia equipment for 7 preschool education institutions (OWP) as part of the Bilingual toddlers in Nowy Sącz project. Part I - delivery, installation and commissioning of interactive monitors with mobile (adjustable) stands and small equipment for 7 preschool institutions
1. The subject of the order under Part I is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of interactive monitors with mobile (adjustable) stands and small equipment for 7 preschool institutions. 2. The item of delivery must be brand new, without defects, traces of use and mechanical damage, of full value, not from exhibition or renovation, meeting the technical and quantitative requirements described in Annex No. 1 for Part I. All delivered goods must meet all requirements enabling their admission to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland, have the legally required approvals, CE markings, certificates, quality certificates. The technical parameters of the equipment indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ constitute minimum requirements - the Contractor may offer devices with higher parameters than those indicated by the Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party requires a quality guarantee for the supplied equipment offered for a period of at least 36 months (in words: thirty-six) for interactive monitors and for a period of at least 24 months (in words: twenty-four) for the remaining pieces of equipment under Part I.
