The renewal of the electromechanical equipment constituting the entire mooring system. The work described above is not exhaustive, the details of the work are included in the technical clauses and the summary measurement of these special specifications. No allotment: Although the contract is estimated to be worth €139,000 excluding VAT, the contracting authority has decided not to divide this contract into lots because allotment would make execution excessively costly and particularly complex on a technical level. Furthermore, the need to coordinate the successful bidders for the different lots risks seriously compromising the proper execution of the contract. In addition, the multiplication of contacts leads to complications in the event of liability and/or guarantee in the event of non-performance or culpable non-performance.
